Booking and getting here

How do I book?+

Call (941) 745-1143 between 8 and 5 Monday to Thursday, or send a request from this page any time.

Can you check my insurance first?+

Yes. Call with your plan name and member ID and we will verify benefits before your visit.

What if my child is nervous?+

Tell us when you book. We allow extra time and the team is trained in behaviour guidance. A familiarisation visit with no treatment is an option.

Your first visit

Allow about an hour. We review your history, take any x-rays that are indicated, examine every tooth along with your gums and soft tissues, and clean your teeth. Then we go through what we found, in order of urgency, with costs in writing.

Bring with you

  • Insurance card or plan details
  • Photo identification
  • A list of medications
  • For children, relevant medical history

Bringing a child

Keep the description brief beforehand and avoid the words hurt, needle and brave. Morning appointments work far better than late afternoon.
