Why we hold it
To provide dental treatment, to contact you about appointments, to bill your insurance, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to a dental practice in Florida.
Who sees it
The clinical and administrative team treating you. Your insurance carrier, when we file a claim on your behalf. A specialist, when we refer you and you have agreed to the referral. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Website analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and Google's Preferred Sources button loads a script from Google when the page opens.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your records, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, and ask how your information has been used. Call the practice and ask, and we will tell you what we hold.
