Paying for your care
How much is a check-up and cleaning?+
A new patient exam with x-rays and a cleaning runs $180 to $350 without insurance, and a routine cleaning $95 to $150. Most PPO plans cover two preventive visits a year at or near 100 percent.
How much are braces or Invisalign?+
Full Invisalign generally runs $3,500 to $6,500 and full fixed braces $3,000 to $6,000. The orthodontic consultation is free and ends with your number in writing.
Do you offer payment plans?+
Yes. Larger treatment plans, orthodontics included, can be spread over monthly payments with the schedule set out in writing.

Do you take my insurance?+
We work with most major PPO dental plans and file claims on your behalf. Coverage and network status change year to year, so call (941) 745-1143 with your plan details and we will verify your benefits before your appointment rather than after it.
What if I do not have dental insurance?+
You are still very welcome. We give you the cost of every item in writing before treatment starts, and we offer payment plans for larger treatment so it can be spread out. Ask at the treatment plan conversation.
Will I know the price before you start?+
Always. After the examination you get a written plan listing each item, its cost, what your insurance is expected to pay and what you owe. Nothing begins until you have seen it and agreed.
Can I spread the cost of orthodontic treatment?+
Yes. Orthodontic fees are routinely spread across the length of treatment, and the schedule is set out in writing at the start. Many plans also carry a separate orthodontic lifetime maximum we can apply.
